The Neighborhood Council of Saint Augustine 2008 will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, July 1st at the Limelight Theater from 7:30 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. according to an announcement received by Historic City News this morning.
This year’s speaker will be Dom Nozzi who is being sponsored by the Citizens for the Preservation of Saint Augustine. Mr. Nozzi will be presenting: “An overview of strategies in protecting Neighborhood Quality of Life.â€
Mr. Nozzi has a B.A degree in Environmental Science from the State University of New York and a M.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University. He has worked as a planner for the City of Gainesville, Florida. More recently he has published the book “Road to Ruin,†published by Praeger Publishers in October 2003.
