Graham has held positions in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the Republican Party of Florida. He has also served as vice president of the Florida Council on Business Ethics and Member of the board of governors for the Transportation Club of Jacksonville. He currently serves as the State Chairman of the Florida Federation of Young Republicans. Graham also is a co-owner of a marketing and public relations firm, Dixie Strategies, LLC.
He has been involved in the Clay County community most of his life, serving as a member of the Citizens Advisory Committee of the First Coast Metropolitan Planning Organization and as a member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Clay County Chamber of Commerce.
Graham was elected to a 4-year term as a non-partisan Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor last year.
