St. Johns County Cultural Events Division spokesman Dan Larson, reported to Historic City News the names of some of the headlining artists for this weekend’s Gamble Rogers Folk Festival.
Entertainers include Grammy award winners, major motion picture actors and songwriters, as well as folk & bluegrass legends.
Performing artists include Ralph Stanley & the Clinch Mountain Boys, Loudon Wainwright III, John Cowan Band, Pierce Pettis, Janis Ian, Greg Brown, Patty Larkin, Catie Curtis, Michael Johnathon, Michael Smith, Ellis Paul, Mark Erelli, Danny Schmidt, Pieta Brown, Doug & Telisha Williams, Cheryl Wheeler, The Farewell Drifters, Antje Duvekot, David Wilcox, as well as several local performers.
