Historic City News readers are invited to attend the St. Augustine Regional Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® when they host their monthly business meeting and luncheon at Carrabba’s Italian Grill, located at 155 SR 312 West, Thursday August 5th, 2010.
The cost is $15.00 for members and non-Members. Member networking begins at 11:30 a.m. with the business meeting starting at noon and lunch served shortly thereafter.
This month’s business lunch will feature guest speaker Cathy Brown, Executive Director of St. Johns County Council on Aging. The St. Johns Council on Aging is the lead agency for elder services in a county with 23% elder population. The non-profit organization’s vision is to provide “the opportunity for every person in St. Johns County to enjoy wellness, longevity and quality of life choices within a strong, healthy community.” Cathy will be speaking about The Power of One, how one person can and does make a difference and to ‘be the boss of ourselves’ as we work to make sense of our lives.
