Gwendolyn Duncan, President of the 40th ACCORD, Inc., told Historic City News in St. Augustine that her organization will sponsor a Freedom Trail Tour on the red Sightseeing Train with local historian David Nolan as guide.
This event is scheduled on Saturday, April 3rd, at 10:30 a.m.
The train will embark from the Willie Galimore Community Center, located at 399 South Riberia Street. This tour has been chartered for a group coming from out-of-town, but, there are a few seats available — if you’re interested.
The cost will be at a discounted rate of $10 per adult and $5 per student.
Duncan told Historic City News, “We will be showing the documentary film, Crossing in St. Augustine, by Andrew Young after the tour at no extra cost.”
Gwen can be reached by calling (386) 986-4121 or call Gale (904) 823-9688 for reservations. These limited seats are available on a first come – first served basis.
