Hug a Plumber Day ‎April ‎25th

Most Historic City News readers take plumbing for granted – running water, hot water on demand, and the complex systems of piping that was integrated into the walls of our offices and homes.

When things are working as they are supposed to, our plumbing is easy to forget about.

April 25th, however, was designated as “Hug a Plumber Day” encouraging us to recognize the ingenuity, hard work and skills of plumbers everywhere – because who knows when you’ll spring a leak.

So; for all the folks who man the plungers and toilet snakes in our great nation, Historic City News salutes you for your dedication and reliable, 24-hour service.
