The Saint Augustine Civitan Club reported to Historic City News that tomorrow they will hold their monthly business meeting and luncheon at Denny’s located at 2455 State Road 16 in St. Augustine.
There is no charge to attend the Thursday June 9th meeting; just pay for the cost of your meal. Networking begins at 11:30 a.m. and program will be presented from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
This month’s business lunch will feature guest speaker Robert A. Dunbar III; an Independent Associate of Pre-Paid Legal who will address the group about Identity theft prevention.
Robert Dunbar joined Pre-Paid Legal in May of 2009 and attained the the top permanent position in the company in September of 2009. He has built an organization of more than 60 associates within Pre-Paid Legal and he has personally protected over 250 families in less than a two-year period.
Prior to Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. Robert Dunbar was the President and founder of Transitions Housing, Inc., a company that owned two assisted living facilities and five independent living facilities in the Jacksonville area.
Civitan is an international association of local community service clubs with an emphasis on helping people with developmental disabilities. Started in Birmingham, AL in 1917, Civitan has become one of the world’s leading volunteer service organizations, with more than 40,000 Men, women and youth in 24 countries.
