Learn about using native plants

Renee Stambaugh informed Historic City News local reporters that on Thursday, July 21st from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Florida Native Plant Society will hold their next native plant classes.

Gail Compton, columnist and naturalist, will teach about native hummingbird attractors

Renee Stambaugh, native plant consultant, can show you which native plants will thrive in your landscape — not just for now but for generations to come.

Beverly Fleming, Florida master naturalist instructor, will speak about using native plants for color.

These classes are held at the St. Johns County Windstorm Training Center located at 3111 Agricultural Drive in St. Augustine; and are free and open to the public.
