St. Johns County Public Information Officer Rob Weber provided Historic City News the schedule for various St. Johns County facilities that will observe Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
County Offices
All offices of the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners will be closed on Monday, January 17th. Normal hours will resume on Tuesday, January 18th.
Library
All branches of the St. Johns County Public Library System will be closed on Monday, January 17th. All branches will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, January 18th.
Solid Waste
There will be no change to garbage, recycling or yard debris pickup on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. All collections will be made on their normal schedule.
Pet Center
The St. Johns County Pet Center will be closed on Monday, January 17th. Normal hours will resume on Tuesday, January 18th.
