Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing, reported to Historic City News today that ICI Homes will formally open the new state-of-the-art swim and fitness center at Palencia.
The Fitness Center is located at 1865 N. Loop Parkway in St. Augustine and boasts an 8,000 square foot facility with a state-of-the-art competitive swimming pool — designed as a sanctioned pool for swimmers qualifying for state, national, and Olympic events.
The Grand Opening event will be held on Wednesday, March 30th, Messina told Historic City News.
