Vehicle roll-over on I-95

SJSO Public Information Officer Chuck Mulligan alerted local Historic City News reporters that motorists should expect traffic delays on I-95 for the next 30-45 minutes while Florida Highway Patrol investigators clear a vehicle crash.

The call came in at 6:55 a.m. this morning and troopers arrived at 7:14 a.m. on the scene of the single-vehicle collision in the northbound lane at mile marker 323; near the International Golf Parkway intersection.

“The vehicle was engulfed in flames,” Mulligan reported. St. Johns County Fire Rescue extinguished the blaze.

No injuries were known and the traffic lanes have been cleared.
