Glenn Hastings will chair Visit Florida

Historic City News has learned that St Johns County Tourist Development Council executive director Glenn Hastings has been named the new Chairman of the Board for “Visit Florida” — the state’s official tourism marketing organization.

The board of directors is the organization’s private-sector governing body who, along with the members of its 12 committees, provide guidance, input and insight into programs for increasing tourism and its benefits statewide.
