Historic City News readers are invited to attend the Saint Augustine Tea Party General Meeting on Tuesday, August 28, at the Village Inn located at 900 N Ponce de Leon Boulevard, when the guest speaker will be William M. Korach presenting his Report Card on the public schools in America.
When it comes to computing, you have heard the expression, “Garbage in, garbage out”. Korach says that a lot of the information that enters our schoolchildren’s eyes and ears at school is garbage, too.
The Report Card encourages teachers and parents with an overview of the problems and the resources to fix the cracks he sees in the public school’s educational foundation.
The evening gets started at 6:30 p.m. and you are invited to bring a friend with you.
Attendance is free, but it is recommended that you come early for a seat. You may purchase a meal, pie, coffee or tea at the meeting.
