Historic City News reader Linda Murray announced that there would be a “King Street Prayer Walk” this Saturday, February 25 to show support and pray for God’s power to improve conditions in West Augustine.
The participants will assemble at Chase Funeral Home on West King Street in St Augustine and the walk will begin at 9:00 a.m., ending at Collier Blocker Park.
“All caring and concerned citizens are invited to join,” Murray told reporters.
Murray said the prayer focus will be:
Revitalization of King Street Economic development Neighborhood safety and stability Improving quality of water and sewer Better environment for children and schools in West Augustine
Transportation from Collier Blocker Park back to Chase Funeral Home will be provided at the conclusion of the walk.
