This is your last chance to register to vote in the November 6, 2012 General Election as Supervisor of Elections Vicky Oakes reminds Historic City News readers that the Voter Registration Books will close today.
In order to assist last minute registrants, Oakes will keep her office open extended hours this evening until 7:00 p.m.
Voter registration applications are available on line at www.votesjc.com, and at all St. Johns County Libraries, Property Appraiser, Tax Collection’s DMV offices or by calling the Elections Office at 904.823.2238.
Voters are encouraged to visit the Supervisor of Elections website at www.votesjc.com and click on the Voter Lookup to verify their voter record.
Early voting will begin for the General Election on October 27 and continue daily until November 3, 2012.
