FDOT road repairs and maintenance report

Monica Reifeiss reported the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning this morning and continuing through the coming week.

Interstate 95: Daytime northbound inside lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from US 1 south to State Road 206 for shoulder repairs.

King Street: Daytime lane closures Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. between Riberia Street and Avenida Menendez for asphalt repairs.

State Road 13: Daytime southbound lane closures between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Cunningham Creek Bridge as crews make repairs to the roadway and sidewalk due to settlement.

Also, daytime southbound lane closures over Julington Creek Wednesday and northbound lane closures Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for routine bridge inspection.

Also, the speed limit is reduced for an intersection improvement just north of Riverwalk Boulevard while a roundabout is constructed. State Road 16: Daytime lane closures after 8 a.m. at the signalized intersections from Green Acres Road, just east of I-95, to Lewis Speedway Road to install temporary traffic sensors at the signals in preparation for resurfacing. There are shoulder closures scheduled from Toms Road, just west of I-95, to Kenton Morrison Road/ Woodlawn Road while a new sidewalk is constructed.

State Road 206: Daytime lane closures Monday and Tuesday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. to work on temporarily relocating the Crescent Beach Bridge tender.

State Road 207: Daytime lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. between South Dixie Highway and Vermont Road to clean drainage pipes and ditches.

State Road 312: Nighttime lane closures from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Saturday through Friday while crews work on the concrete surface of the bridge. Pedestrians are advised to avoid the eastbound bridge.

State Road A1A: Daytime lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. between Casanova Street and Owens Avenue to clean drainage pipes and ditches.

Also, daytime lane closures after 8:30 a.m. between Mickler Road and Fairfield Boulevard while crews begin preparations for the resurfacing project. Also, daytime northbound lane closures between Corona and Solana roads from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for construction of a new sidewalk.

Also, daytime lane closures while crews repaint the roadway markings from the Flagler County line to Avenida Menendez.

US 1: Nighttime northbound lane closures from 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. from King Street to Almeria Street for removal of temporary barrier wall. Also, the intersections of Carrera and Malaga streets are closed for reconstruction. Both streets are accessible from King or Riberia streets.

Also, daytime lane closures while crews repaint the roadway markings from the Flagler County line to State Road 16.
