Laurie Sanderson reported the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning this morning and continuing through the coming week.
Note: All construction projects will be suspended from Wednesday, November 27 through Sunday, December 1 for the additional traffic expected for the Thanksgiving holidays. Work resumes Monday, December 2. FDOT offices will be closed November 28-29 for Thanksgiving.
CR-210: Daytime lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. west of US-1 for construction of an overpass at CR-210 and US-1.
I-95: Nighttime lane closures in both directions from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Race Track Road overpass (1.4 miles north of CR-210) for routine bridge maintenance.
SR-13: Daytime lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Lawhon Drive to Scott Road for shoulder repairs.
SR-16: Daytime lane closures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday over the Shands Bridge just east of Green Cove Springs for routine bridge maintenance.
SR-206: Possible daytime lane closures over the Crescent Beach Bridge from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. No more total bridge closures with detours are planned at this time.
SR-207: Daytime lane closures while crews repaint the roadway markings from the Putnam County line to US-1.
SR-A1A: Daytime lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Milliken Lane to the Tradewinds condominium complex for drainage repairs.
US-1: Daytime shoulder closures in both directions between CR-210 and Nocatee Parkway for construction of an overpass at CR-210.
