Last Romanza gathering before summer break

Pat Syeles announced details to Historic City News about the June Romanza Gathering in St Augustine; the last before their annual summer hiatus. Romanza Gatherings will resume in September.

Find out what’s happening in the arts and culture community and how you can become a part of it, on Tuesday, June 11 from 5:00 p.m. til 7:00 p.m. at Blackfly Restaurant; located at 108 Anastasia Boulevard in St Augustine. A cash bar is available, no reservations are necessary.

“Come and meet fascinating people in arts, culture, heritage, attractions and business at our local monthly gatherings,” Syeles told reporters. “Our gatherings are a unique and comfortable opportunity for the creative community to socialize, communicate and share ideas and information.”

This month, entertainment will be provided by Diedrich and Devito.

Ray Devito and Phil Diedrich have been playing music, in one form or another, since childhood. Ray has been a music instructor and played lead with some of the best musicians in the world – on stage and in the studio. Ray works with several bands in the St. Augustine area and plays throughout the East Coast. Diedrich says that, like Ray, music has been his life. He has played guitar and sung to audiences all over the United States.
