Please be advised that the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee will meet on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at 5 P.M. in the FOL Room at the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library located at 101 Library Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. Applicants are hereby advised that failure to appear may result in the delay or denial of their application.

This Agenda may contain both regular business items and specially advertised Public Hearing items. Business items are those that require approval or recommendation for approval or denial by the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee but may not require advertising in a newspaper or posting a sign on the property. Public Hearings are those items that require advertising in a newspaper and posting of a sign on the subject property. This agenda is subject to change at the discretion of the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee and further subject to proper notice requirements as may be required for individual agenda items.

1. Public Hearing to consider ARCCC 2013-11 The Brace Place. Request for approval of a nonilluminated wall sign to read The Brace Place and illuminated channel letters to read Orthodontist; white acrylic faces with black jewelite, individually mounted, located at 818 A1A North.

2. Public Hearing to consider ARCCC 2013-12 Tropical Smoothie at Tournament Plaza. Request for Installation of One (1) Wall Sign, One (1) Menu Board and One (1) Awning, located at 830-1 A1A North.

3. Public Hearing to consider ARC 2013-15 The Lodge & Club. Request for construction of new aquatic amenity area with beach entry & interactive water toys, slide feature, paver pool deck and sidewalks, landscape & irrigation, and pool deck perimeter fencing after demolition of existing features, located at 608 Ponte Vedra Blvd.

Please be advised that the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee will meet on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at 5 P.M. in the FOL Room at the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library located at 101 Library Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Architectural Review Committee with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
