St. Johns County Legislative Delegation Meeting

ST. JOHNS COUNTY LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION
PUBLIC MEETING AND PUBLIC FORUM

Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at 4:00 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting and public forum of the St. Johns County Legislative Delegation will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. in the County Auditorium at the St. Johns County Administration Building, 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, Florida 32084.

The St. Johns County Legislative Delegation, made up of State Representative Travis Hutson, State Representative Ronald “Doc” Renuart and Senator John Thrasher will meet to hear public testimony on general issues, legislation, local bills and appropriations.

Anyone wishing to be placed on the November 12, 2013 agenda must call Danielle Curbow with Representative Hutson’s office on or before November 1st at 386-446-7644.

The deadline for filing local bills for consideration by the Delegation is 12:00 Noon, Friday November 1, 2013. Anyone desiring information on the procedures to file local bills should contact Danielle Curbow with Representative Hutson’s office at 386-446-7644.

It is anticipated that one or more St. Johns County Commissioners may attend and participate in the meeting. The St. Johns County Delegation meeting is open to the public.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Chapter 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons in need of special accommodations to participate in the meeting, including agendas, interpreters or assisted listing devices, shall contact the office of Representative Travis Hutson no later than two (2) weeks before so that accommodations can be satisfied.
