Defense will call last witness Friday in Fries murder trial

Historic City News has learned that the defense will likely wrap up Friday before Judge Michael Traynor in the first-degree murder trial of Christopher Fries; according to Klare Ly Public Affairs Director for the Office of R.J. Larizza, State Attorney of the 7th Judicial Circuit.

The defense has one more witness to call Friday morning and then they will start with closing arguments, Ly told local reporters.

Court resumes in Courtroom 316 at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning.
