Sexual Predator: ERIK BRANDON HALL

In accordance with Florida State Statute 775.21, this news release will serve as public notification that the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office has been given information that a person judged to be a sexual predator is now residing within St. Johns County.

The name of the sexual predator is ERIK BRANDON HALL.

The name of the sexual predator is Erik Brandon Hall. He will now be residing at 6336 Gomez Road in St. Augustine. Hall is a 33-year-old white male, 6’ tall, 206 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes.

Hall was adjudicated guilty on two counts of lewd or lascivious assault upon a child between the ages of 12-16 in July 2000 in St. Johns County.

He was sentenced to five years in prison followed by five years of sex offender probation.

He has violated his probation several times since his release from prison in May of 2004 which lengthened his probation to 15 years.

By law he is registered as a Sexual Predator pursuant to Section 775.21 F.S.
