Sunshine Realty will offer free-to-guest amenities with rentals

Sunshine Realty and Appraisal Services announced to Historic City News that they have been selected to offer their guests free admission to some of St. Augustine’s most popular attractions, through a partnership with the nation’s leading provider of free-to-guest amenity programs, Amenity Services, Inc.

Sunshine Realty is a family-owned business, based in St. Augustine Beach, offering a variety of real estate services for 30 years. ASI chose to partner with Sunshine Realty for its long standing renowned reputation with locals and visitors alike.

Starting March 1st, 2014, when Sunshine Realty’s guests check in, they will receive a “FunShine Card” — allowing free admission to Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium, Ripley’s Ghost Train Tours, Ripley’s Red Train Tours, The St. Augustine Alligator Farm and the St. Augustine Pirate Treasure & Museum. Admissions are available for every day of the guest’s stay.
