Laurie Sanderson reported the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning this morning and continuing through the coming week.
FDOT Road and Lane Closures for July 4–10, 2015
Note: All FDOT work is suspended Friday, July 3 through Sunday, July 5 for the Independence Day holiday. FDOT offices are closed Friday, July 3 for the holiday.
I-95 just south of County Road 210
Daytime shoulder closures weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for installing Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) equipment.
I-95 from County Road 210 rest area to Old St. Augustine Road
Nighttime northbound lane closures Monday and Tuesday from 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. and southbound lane closures Thursday from 8 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. for State Road 9B overpass construction.
State Road A1A – Bridge of Lions
Nighttime bridge closure Saturday from 8:30 – 10:30 p.m. for Independence Day fireworks.
State Road A1A
Daytime lane closures Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Mickler Road to Palm Valley Road to clear brush alongside the roadway.
State Road 13
Daytime lane closures Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Roberts Road to Race Track Road to clean curb inlets.
State Road 13 at State Road 16 – Wards Creek
Daytime lane closures weekdays on both roads from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for the Wards Creek bridge replacement project.

Daytime lane closures Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Toms Road to I-95 and from Inman Road to Stratton Boulevard for ditch cleaning.
State Road 206
Daytime lane closures Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Longleaf Drive to Sea Cove Avenue for shoulder repairs.
State Road 207
Daytime lane closure Monday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from U.S. 1 to State Road 312 to clear brush along the outside edge of the sidewalk.

Nighttime lane closures weekdays from 8 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. to upgrade traffic signals.
