Laurie Sanderson reported the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning this morning and continuing through the coming week.
I-95
Daytime shoulder closures Saturday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. from CR-210 to US-1 for work on the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS).
I-95
Nighttime lane closures Sunday through Thursday from 8 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. from north of the CR-210 rest area to south of Old St. Augustine Road for constructing an overpass for SR-9B.
Cathedral Place
Nighttime lane closure Wednesday from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Charlotte Street to Cordova Street for delivery and planting of trees at Cathedral Basilica.
San Marco Avenue
Nighttime lane closures Monday through Thursday from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Bernard Street to Old Mission Avenue for City of St. Augustine drainage work.
SR-A1A – Bridge of Lions
Daytime bridge closure Saturday from 7:30-9:30 a.m. for the 18th Annual Bridge of Lions 5k race. Follow detour routes.
SR-13
Daytime lane closures Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Roberts Road to Race Track Road to clean curb inlets.
SR-13 at SR-16 – Wards Creek
Daytime lane closures weekdays on both roads from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for the Wards Creek bridge replacement project.

The road is closed at the railroad crossing just west of US-1 Saturday at 6 a.m. until Monday at 11:59 p.m. to replace the crossing. Traffic is detoured to US-1 and Lewis Speedway Road.

Daytime lane closures Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Veronica Court to West Sea Cove Avenue for shoulder repairs.

Nighttime lane closures weekdays from 8 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. to upgrade traffic signals.

Daytime lane closures Wednesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from US-1 to Vermont Boulevard to clean drainage inlets.
