This Agenda may contain both regular business items and specially advertised Public Hearing items. Business items are those that require approval or recommendation for approval or denial by the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee but may not require advertising in a newspaper or posting a sign on the property.  Public Hearings are those items that require advertising in a newspaper and posting of a sign on the subject property. This agenda is subject to change at the discretion of the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee and further subject to proper notice requirements as may be required for individual agenda items.

1. ARC 2015-17 Zoe’s Kitchen at Merchant Plaza Request to install awning and colorful window vinyls at 240 A1A North.

2. ARCCC 2015-35 Aqua Grill Request to make changes to approved wall signs at 395 Front Street.
