NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Ordinance 2002-54, a COMMUNITY MEETING sponsored by St. Johns Law Group will be held on Monday, July 27, 2015 @ 6:00 p.m. at the Wind Mitigation Building located at 3111 Agricultural Center Drive, St. Augustine, FL 32092

This Community Meeting is being held to allow the public an opportunity to learn about and participate in the planning for the following projects located in St. Johns County. The general public is encouraged to attend regarding the following:

To discuss the Comprehensive Plan Amendment (COMPAMD 2015-04) and the Planned Unit Development (PUD 2015-07) for the Tomoka Pines project, which proposes to change the Future Land Use Map designation of the property from Agriculture to Residential C to allow for the residential development of the property into 44 single-family homes.
