Melissa Ross, host of First Coast Connect, the one-hour call-in program that features local newsmakers, civic, and community leaders, will interview David Nolan on Tuesday morning.

Nolan is a well-known local historian and author who will use the opportunity to discuss the ACCORD Freedom Trail and the 1960’s Commemorative Civil Rights Museum located on Bridge Street in Lincolnville.

Gwendolyn Duncan, President Emeritus of the Anniversary to Commemorate the Civil Rights Demonstrations, Inc. (ACCORD), has invited all Historic City News readers to call in to the program with questions for Nolan and his work with the non-profit organization.

This episode of First Coast Connect will air on National Public Radio affiliate WJCT Radio 89.9 FM, and be streamed live on their website at 9:15 a.m., Tuesday, July 14th.

Ross also uses her program to spotlight news features and produces a weekly roundtable of local journalists.
