Debbie Delgado reported the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning this morning and continuing through the coming week.
Countywide
Lane closures from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Tuesday through Friday at various intersections throughout St. Johns County for roadway line painting.
A1A South
Daytime southbound lane closures Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. from Tropic Way to Peppertree Subdivision Development for water main work.
County Road 2209
Lanes are reduced to one way in each direction from Russell Sampson Road to one mile north of County Road 210 for State Road 9B construction. Lane reductions are in place for the duration of the project.
State Road 13
Daytime lane closures Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Cunningham Creek to Race Track Road for drainage inspections.
State Road 16 at Whisper Ridge Drive
Daytime eastbound lane closures Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for a driveway installation.
State Road 16 – Charles Usina Memorial Highway
Daytime westbound lane closures Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Collins Avenue to Lewis Speedway for ITS (Intellgent Transportation System) installation.
Daytime westbound lane closures Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Tenth Street to Woodlawn Road for median modification and to install a turn lane.
State Road 207 – Hastings
Daytime lane closures Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for sidewalk work, and lanes are reduced to one lane in each direction over Deep Creek Bridge for bridge work associated with the State Road 207 resurfacing and improvement project. Lane reductions on the bridge will be in place several months.
