The FBI National Academy is a 10 week executive leadership course for law enforcement leaders of state, local, county, tribal police, military, federal and international law enforcement agencies. Participation in the National Academy program is by invitation only, through a nomination process.
“The experience and knowledge garnered while attending the National Academy will stay with me throughout my career and beyond,” said Commander Fox. “The support of Chief Loran Lueders and the City of St. Augustine demonstrates their commitment to the leadership skills on our force.”
Fox has been a member of the St Augustine Police Department for over 22-years. He is currently the Commander of the Operations Division.
The 239 participants attending Session #262 of the FBI National Academy represented men and women from 47 states, the District of Columbia, 27 international countries, four military organizations and two federal civilian organizations.
Commander Fox is a graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy, St. Johns River Community College and the University of North Florida. He is married to Gerri Glisson Fox and they have three children, Macy, Syenna and Spencer. He contributes to his community as a volunteer assistant football coach at St Joseph’s Academy.
