According to Chief of Police Loran Lueders, during a canvass of the downtown area, investigators determined that Hudson was last seen leaving the Giggling Gator on King Street at 2:45 a.m. on April 9th,
Law enforcement officers began a search of several locations in and around CR-208, after St. Augustine Police developed leads during interviews with 38-year-old John Harry Branson and 29-year-old Christeen Janelle-Linn Thomas.
John Branson, who resides at 6890 CR-208, has been charged with second-degree murder and is being held without bond in the St Johns County Detention Facility.
Christeen Thomas, who resides at 322 Orchis Road, has been charged with accessory to murder, felony fraud and five-counts of misdemeanor larceny. She is being held in lieu of $31,000 bond.
