Thursday afternoon, Historic City News learned that a woman entered the Bank of America located at 2853 CR-210 West at about 3:05 p.m., approached the teller, implied that she had a weapon and demanded money.
The teller turned over an undisclosed amount of cash.
The robber fled the bank and was last seen walking towards a nearby Publix grocery store.
The robber was described as a black woman wearing a bright yellow shirt, black capri pants and a black hat.
Anyone with information concerning the identity of this woman is asked to contact detectives with the Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit at (904) 824-8304.
