In accordance with Florida State Statute 775.21, Historic City News is providing this public notification that the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office has been given information that a person judged to be a sexual predator has moved to another location in St. Johns County.
The name of the sexual predator is Ronald Terry Jones. He will be residing in the woods of SR-207 across from Wildwood Drive. Jones is a white male, 62-years-old, 5’3” tall, 140 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes.
Jones was released from prison on February 8th after serving a sentence for sexual activity with a St. Johns County child in 1994.
Jones will be on supervised conditional release and must wear a GPS ankle bracelet until November 2022. He is registered as a Sexual Predator pursuant to Section 775.21 F.S.
