School Board holds public workshop Tuesday

The St Johns County School District updated Historic City News on the revised agenda in place for Tuesday’s School Board workshop; being held at 8:30 a.m. in the Superintendent’s Conference Room located at 40 Orange Street in St Augustine.

After opening comments from the School Board and Superintendent, Dr. Joseph Joyner, the following items will be discussed.

– Charter School Update
– Common Core
– Naming of Elementary School “L”
– School Concurrency – Winchester East
– Durbin Crossing
– K-8 Prototype Design

The public is invited to attend School Board meetings and School Board workshops. Time has been allocated for public comments after the agenda items.
