Coalition Coordinator LeAnn Daddario, informed local Historic City News reporters that Katelyn Manis has been appointed to serve the non-profit organization PACT Prevention Coalition of St Johns County as marketing and development assistant.
Before going to work at PACT, Manis gained experience with two other local non-profits; she interned with the prevention unit of EPIC Community Services and previously interned with and worked for Big Brothers Big Sisters of St Johns County.
Manis graduated Summa Cum Laude from Flagler College with a degree in psychology and a minor in sociology. She has resided with her family in St. Johns County since 2007.
“I am so excited to be working with PACT to help prevent and reduce youth substance and alcohol abuse in our community,” Manis said.
Daddario told reporters, “I am confident that Katelyn will be a strong asset to our organization. Her skill set will help PACT reach its goal within our community.”
