Local Historic City News reporters learned that St. Johns County Environmental Division Historic Resource Coordinator, Robin E. Moore, has been in communication with new and returning members of the Historic Resource Review Board to welcome them aboard.
A motion to (re)appoint Walter O’Kon for a full four year term scheduled to expire May 18, 2014, was made by Chairman Ron Sanchez, seconded by Bryan, and approved without opposition.
A motion to (re)appoint Mary Willis for a full four year term scheduled to expire May 18, 2014, was made by Chairman Ron Sanchez, seconded by Bryan, and approved without opposition.
A motion to appoint Nancy Sikes-Kline for a partial term scheduled to expire May 18, 2012 was made by Chairman Ron Sanchez, seconded by Commissioner Quinn, and approved without opposition.
A motion to appoint Sarah Miller for a partial term scheduled to expire January 7, 2011 was made by Commissioner Cyndi Stevenson, seconded by Commissioner Quinn, and approved without opposition.
In announcing the appointments finalized in the Board of County Commissioners last meeting, Moore says that he looks forward to working with everyone — beginning with their next scheduled meeting on June 7th.
Moore also reported that the Historic Resource Review Board will not be participating in the LAMP field trip as originally planned.
