Jaime Parham, President of Parham Medical LLC, reports to Historic City News that this year, Young Republicans of St Johns County participated in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots annual Christmas program.
Parham, who is president of the local St Johns County organization, told Historic City News editor Michael Gold that during the Young Republicans Christmas party, they put out a collection box for donations — it didn’t take long to fill.
“In this Obama economy, parents and their kids need all the help they can get,” Parham said. “We’re going to add a Toys for Tots drive to our Christmas party every year from now on.”
Mary Robbie and Gary Maguire joined Parham and Gary Hiatt at the Elks Lodge on Anastasia Island to turn in the donations.
