St Johns County Silver Alert- Howard Franklin

The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office is asking for Historic City News reader’s help in locating an elderly local man who was last seen at his home in St. Augustine South yesterday morning.

The man, identified as 83-year-old Howard Franklin, was last seen at his residence in the 300 block of Orchis Road on Monday at 7:00 a.m. by a relative.

A Silver Alert has been issued for Franklin; due to his diminished mental capacity.

Franklin is described as a white male, 83 years old, 6’1” tall, 180 pounds with white hair. He should be driving his 2006 silver Toyota Tundra extended cab pickup truck. The Florida license plate on the vehicle is

B46 1GA

A diamond plate tool box is mounted in the open bed of the pickup truck.
