Nao Victoria Tour
Tour this full-sized replica 16th century Spanish tall ship. Currently docked at the St. Augustine City Marina, the Nao Victoria is a replica of the first ship to successfully circumnavigate the world commanded by Ferdinand Magellan in the 16th century. The ship is available for tours Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday 1- a.m.to 7 p.m.Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for youth. Located at 111 Avenida Menendez. Free Admission to Castillo de San Marcos National Monument
Enjoy free admission as the Castillo de San Marcos celebrates the National Park Service 98th birthday. ACCORD Civil Rights Museum
Discover St. Augustine’s role in the struggle for civil rights and the city’s pivotal influence in the passage of the Civil Rights Act in 1964. Housed in the former offices of Dr. Robert Hayling, a local dentist who was instrumental in getting Dr. Martin Luther King. Jr. to personally participate in the efforts to desegregate the Oldest City, the museum features numerous artifacts and documents relating to the local civil rights movement. “Nest” Exhibition by Susanna Richter-Helman
The Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach hosts “Nest”, an exhibition that explores the growth of a child from the perspective of the parent featuring art by Susanna Richter-Helman of St. Augustine. Patriot Golf Days at the Hall of Fame
The World Golf Hall of Fame joins with the PGA of America in support of the seventh annual Patriot Golf Days, which benefit the Folds of Honor Foundation (www.FoldsofHonor.org). The Foundation provides post-secondary educational scholarships for children and spouses of military service men and women killed or disabled while serving. World Golf Hall of Fame will match donations from visitors collected at the box office for Folds of Honor. The World Golf Hall of Fame is open Monday – Saturday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and noon – 6 p.m. Sunday. Adult admission is $19.50, $18.50 for seniors and $10 for students. Plant-A-Poem Workshop and Reading
Arrive with a poem seed and cultivate it in an hour with miracle grow from the Ancient City Poets.
