Media Relations Officer Kevin Kelshaw reported to Historic City News that two men and a woman were arrested early Wednesday evening on meth related charges following the execution of a search warrant.
Detectives with the Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit along with SWAT members served the search warrant at a residence in the 900 block of Wynfield Cr. (Samara Lakes) at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Investigators located numerous items allegedly used to manufacture methamphetamine as well as actual meth. They also located an elaborate hood venting system established in the home in an effort to route the toxic chemical fumes out of the home.
There were also two small children residing in the home with the toxic chemicals that were turned over to the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF).
Two of the suspects, identified as Jaimie Lynne Cox, 27, and
Alexander Ross Horton, 30, both of 958 Wynfield Cr., were charged with manufacturing meth, possession of meth, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a drug dwelling and child neglect.
The third suspect, identified as Daniel Jason Unsell, 33, 801 S. Holmes Blvd. #8, was charged with manufacturing meth, possession of meth, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The three remain in jail on bonds ranging from $16,000-$52,500 while the investigation is continuing.
