Please be advised that the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee will meet on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 5 P.M. in the Friends of the Library (FOL) Room at the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library located at 101 Library Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. Applicants are hereby advised that failure to appear may result in the delay or denial of their application. This Agenda may contain both regular business items and specially advertised Public Hearing items. Business items are those that require approval or recommendation for approval or denial by the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee but may not require advertising in a newspaper or posting a sign on the property.  Public Hearings are those items that require advertising in a newspaper and posting of a sign on the subject property.  This agenda is subject to change at the discretion of the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee and further subject to proper notice requirements as may be required for individual agenda items.

1. Public Hearing to consider ARC 2015-07 Ponte Vedra Park Monument Sign. The applicant requests to relocate a monument sign at 220 Ponte Vedra Park Dr.

2. Public Hearing to consider ARCCC 2015-20 Kamiya 86 Sushi & Thai. The applicant requests to replace existing wall sign with new channel letters and logo at 2 Fairfield Blvd, Suite 8.

3. Public Hearing to consider ARCCC 2015-22 Automotive Assurance Group. The applicant requests to install a wall sign at 236 Canal Blvd, Suite 1.

Please be advised that the Ponte Vedra Architectural Review Committee will meet on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 5 P.M. in the Friends of the Library Room at the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library located at 101 Library Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, or hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
