FDOT road repairs and maintenance report

Debbie Delgado reported the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning this morning and continuing through the coming week.

A1A South – Avenida Menendez
Daytime southbound lane closure Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. from Hypolita Street to the Hilton Hotel for a crane operation extending into the road.

A1A South – Bridge of Lions
Nighttime bridge closure Sunday and Monday from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. for routine bridge maintenance. Detour is County Road 312.

A1A South
Daytime lane closures Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. from Seashore Avenue to Madrid Street to install a medical facility driveway.

Nighttime northbound lane closure Sunday through Friday from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Madrid Street to Acacia Street to replace electric poles.

County Road 2209
Lanes are reduced to one way in each direction from Russell Sampson Road to a mile north of County Road 210 for State Road 9B construction. Lane reductions will be in place for the duration of the project.

I-95
Nighttime lane closures Thursday and Friday from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. from south of Old St. Augustine Road to north of County Road 210 to replace Raised Pavement Markers (RPMs) for the State Road 9B project.

Nighttime lane closures Tuesday and Wedneday from 10 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. three miles north of State Road 16 for routine bridge maintenance.

Nighttime southbound lane closures Sunday through Thursday from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. from north of State Road 210 to International Golf Parkway for concrete work.

State Road 13
Daytime lane closures Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Fruit Cove Road to Race Track Road for asphalt maintenance.

State Road 16
Daytime lane closures Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. two miles west of I-95 to install a turn lane for a new subdivision.

U.S. 1/Philips Highway
Daytime lane closures Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and nighttime lane closures from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. from south of State Road 9B to the St. Johns County line for the Philips Highway/U.S. 1 resurfacing project.

Daytime lane closures Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Old St. Augustine Road to a mile south of 9B for signal installations for the State Road 9B project.
