Robbers demand money and Hennessy
The female store clerk at Sharps Liquor on Moody Boulevard in Palm Coast reported to police that, around 5:19 p.m. last night, two black men, both in their early 30s, drew a pistol on her and demanded money from the cash register — along with a $100 bottle of Hennessy.
City installs new trees today
Thanks to a generous gift from St Augustine resident Gina Burrell, today the City of St Augustine Streets and Grounds Division is able to plant three palms and two Crape Myrtles in the vicinity of San Marco Avenue and Ballard Street.

A 2010 Dodge Avenger traveling southbound on I-95 at a high rate of speed; was observed overtaking slower moving vehicles at about 8:00 p.m. last night; before the driver made an abrupt lane change and lost control of the vehicle.
Residents awaken to Jeep crashing into house
Two residents of a home in the 2400 block of Hydrangea Street in St Augustine were awaken shortly after 2:00 a.m. this morning when a 2003 Jeep Wrangler came crashing into the house.
