Since 1938, the Florida American Legion Auxiliary has sponsored the annual Girls State program to stimulate a desire to protect the privileges and responsibilities of our democratic form of government in High School Juniors, like Samantha Cosme.

Gates open at 7 p.m. and each movie will begin at 8 p.m. Tickets are not required, as the event is free and open to the public. There will not be a charge to park at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. No outside food or drink.
Allegro residents present donation to homeless shelter
St. Francis House Executive Director Judith Dembowski reported to Historic City News the recent donation of nearly $400 from the Resident Council of Allegro Senior Living in St. Augustine.
