See Falling South at 8th Annual St Augustine Film Festival
North Florida filmmaker Lorraine Portman will present her latest short film, “Falling South” as part of the 8th Annual St Augustine Film Festival, going on January 18 – 21, 2018. The film premiered in the Cayman International Film Festival in July, and has been playing festivals and winning awards nationwide.
FDOT road repairs and maintenance report
Historic City News was notified by Florida Department of Transportation Public Information Officer, Debbie Delgado, that traffic will be impacted at the following
St Augustine and St Johns County locations where roadwork is being conducted.
Be alert to lane closures and temporary detours, as well as increased congestion in these areas. FDOT employees and contractors will be working on the roadways and need your full attention.

Nights of Lights shuttle continues through December
The City of St. Augustine reminded Historic City News this weekend that, with funding support from the St. Johns County Tourist Development Council, they are offering a free park and ride shuttle on the peak dates of the Nights of Lights.
