City may be getting a local streetcar service
Historic City News has learned from sources close to the proposal that the City of St Augustine is in talks with a company who designs track and overhead electric systems for the distinct purpose of supporting historic streetcar systems, similar to a system that once transported residents and visitors here.

Leadership St Johns Class of 2014 announced to Historic City News that they will host the first annual community Volunteer Expo; featuring exhibitor booths, food vendors, live music and even special prize giveaways, on April 12th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the St Augustine Beach Pier Park.
