Woman’s Business Center LaunchPad seminar
Robin Burchfield, President of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce, told local Historic City News reporters that the Chamber will be hosting the Jacksonville Woman’s Business Center LaunchPad seminar.
The seminar is scheduled to be held Thursday, June 10th from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. at the St. Johns Co. Chamber of Commerce; located at 1 Riberia Street in St. Augustine.
LaunchPad is targeted at individuals who are on the brink of starting a business. A panel of three to four entrepreneurs from varied business categories openly discusses the highs and lows of starting a business from scratch, buying an existing business, buying a franchise or opening a business under a corporate umbrella.
Participants have the opportunity to talk to business owners in each of these categories and ask them specific questions related to business ownership.
This is your opportunity to talk with a panel of entrepreneurs who have taken different paths to business ownership.
Hear their stories, the lessons they learned, what worked, and what didn’t.
Presented in a casual setting, this program is designed to allow you to ask tough questions and come away with real life answers.
The panelists have “been there and done that” and are prepared to share their experiences with all seminar participants.
