Born New Years Day in 1969 to Calvin and Brenda Baggett of Hastings, 41 year-old Sandy Scapellati passed away suddenly from natural causes on Thursday, April 15, 2010 in Palatka at Putnam Community Medical Center.
The local St. Augustine news desk has learned that Wednesday night, Police Officer Michael Linsky made an arrest while responding to a call at the Kangaroo Store located at 70 Masters Drive.
