Oyster Creek watershed cleanup planned
Ali Fulcher invited local Historic City News readers to participate with members of the St Johns Audubon Society and American Water Resource Association, who will be cleaning up the Oyster Creek watershed as part of the City of St. Augustine’s “Adopt a Waterbody” program.
The clean-up is scheduled on January 15th from 9:30 a.m. until noon.
The organizations will be aided by a few St. Augustine High School students and St. Johns County Commissioners as well as a group of local residents,
This effort will involve around 60 + people.
“This is a fantastic push to remove an amazing amount of trash and pollutants from this watershed,” Fulcher said.
