In accordance with Florida State Statute 775.21, this news release will serve as public notification that the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office has been given information that a person judged to be a sexual predator is now residing within St. Johns County.
The name of the sexual predator is James Keith Miller.
He will now be residing at 2391 U.S. 1 South, Lot 21.
Miller is a white male, 52 years old, 5’8” tall, 150 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.
Miller was adjudicated guilty of attempted sexual battery on a victim under the age of 12 in Duval County in 1996 and was sentenced to seven years in prison. He was also convicted in St. Johns County on a charge of lewd or lascivious molestation on a victim under the age of 12 in September 2006 and was sentenced to five years in prison. He was released in August 2010 and is registered as a Sexual Predator pursuant to Section 775.21 F.S.
